Your property is treated on a rotating schedule tailored to your personalized service plan, with special attention to pest breeding sites. You will see noticeable results after the initial spray.
We apply a hybrid mix of organic oils and EPA-approved control products, using an active ingredient that’s safe enough for commercial kitchens and similar to everyday insecticides used at home. For safety, we recommend staying indoors while we spray, but you can enjoy your yard again just 15–20 minutes after the product has dried.
Our service is specialized for mosquito and tick control. In addition, our clients notice a reduction in flies, fleas, gnats, and stink bugs.
You don’t need to be home for your scheduled services. We’ll send a notification the day before each treatment, and we’ll leave a service notice afterward so you know the work has been completed.
Our hybrid blend is composed of mostly organic oils and plant based materials, like garlic and cedar oil. In addition, the active ingredient is an EPA registered Pyrethroid used in commercial kitchens and most household insecticides.
We do offer a pesticide-free option; however, it does not provide the same level of results as our standard treatment. Our primary blend works by killing mosquitoes and ticks on contact and masking the CO₂ we exhale, creating a protective barrier around your property. The pesticide-free version will help repel mosquitoes and ticks, but its effectiveness is more limited.
The hybrid blend has a plant based sticker to help it adhere to the vegetation between services even with heavy storms. Above all, we do guarantee our services so if you are having major breakthrough between sprays please contact us so we can make adjustments on your property.
We ask that everyone is inside during the treatment. After that, you can reenter the yard in 15 to 20 minutes once the product has dried.
The timing of your treatments depends on your personalized service plan. We keep a close eye on weather patterns and pest activity to plan the most effective schedule. Mosquito control is typically done every 2–3 weeks, and tick control every 6–8 weeks. If you’re signed up for both, we can apply your seasonal tick treatment during the same visit as your seasonal mosquito service.
